The Manufacturing Facility of the JV has been established in Halol Gujrat in Year 2020, with State of the art Production facility.

Cold End :

Muffler Assembly

SJG SEJONG VIKAS Pvt. Ltd. provides Complete Muffler Assembly designed to meet all global standards of noise regulation.

Resonator

Resonators are sections of pipe that expand to a larger diameter and allow sound waves to reflect off the walls and cancel out, reducing the noise level. Sejong Tesk Vikas Resonators are used inside mufflers and as separate components in an exhaust system by OEM.

Hot End

The HOT END (catalytic converter) takes some of the toxic gases generated in the combustion process inside the engine, such as hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide, and converts them into non-toxic gases. STV is capable to design & develop Hot End system having following combinations according to the different application & different emission Norm’s requirement.

Up Coming Manufacturing Facility

Sejong Vikas is coming up with the advanced & fully automated manufacturing facility in Anantpur, (A.P.)

The wide array of top end machines at the facility include Pipe cutting, Pipe bending machines, welding robots, Case insertion machine, RESO Lock seaming and Assembly Leak Testing machine.
